Hill Foundation offers Scholarships for Russians at Oxford University in UK. Scholarships are available for pursuing  all full-time graduate degrees and second undergraduate degrees at Oxford University. The scholarships cover 100% of university and college fees and a grant for living costs (at least £13,726). Awards are made for the full duration of a studentâs fee liability for the agreed course. If scholarship is offered for a course lasting more than one year, the continuation of scholarship each year is subject to an annual renewal process based upon satisfactory academic progress. The application deadline is 10 or 24 January 2014, depending on course.

Eligibility: -You should be applying to start a new full-time graduate course at Oxford. Please ensure that you meet the selection criteria for your course.
-You must be a citizen of Russia, with a first degree from a Russian university, and you must not subsequently have been enrolled in any other degree programme. Successful candidates will be required to confirm that they will return to Russia for at least one year, following completion of their studies in the UK.
-The Trustees favour candidates who demonstrate extremely high academic ability and personal and social qualities of a high order. They seek applicants who intend to develop their careers in their homeland and who wish to spend their lives in ways that are beneficial to their home society, whether in business, academic life, public service, the arts or the professions. The Trustees will use the information that you provide in your graduate application form to assess how you meet these criteria.
-This scholarship is not open to candidates applying for Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma courses, part-time courses, non-matriculated coursesor to students with deferred entry.
Scholarship Open for International Students: Russian students can apply for these scholarships.
Scholarship Description: The Hill Foundation is a UK registered charity which provides scholarships for outstanding citizens of the Russian Federation. Seven to ten scholarships will be available in 2014-15 for graduate and undergraduate applicants. Notification:Â Decisions are expected to be made around the end of April 2014. Â If you have not heard by this time, then your application to this scheme has been unsuccessful.
How to Apply: Apply at the same time as you apply to Oxford by selecting the Hill Foundation Scholarship in the Funding section of the Universityâs graduate application form. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must submit your application for graduate study by the relevant January deadline for your course (10 January 2014 for Medical Sciences, Philosophy, Politics & International Relations and Computer Science; 24 January 2014 for all other subjects).
