-
Stipend: The annual stipend of Senior Research Fellows currently ranges from £76,860 to £84,446 per annum (plus £5,997 housing allowance if applicable: see below) and is linked to a point on the Oxford University professorial salary scale. To qualify for the higher rate of pay in any academic year, a Fellow must undertake to give not fewer than sixteen lectures in the University in that year. The pay may be on an intermediate rate if fewer lectures are given. These stipends (reviewed in August) are paid on the basis that the Fellow is engaged full-time on the research for which the Fellow was elected.

In some circumstances the College may also be able to help with partial housing finance. Alternatively, the College may be able to offer at no charge single residential accommodation in the College or one of its annexes; this is a taxable benefit and no housing allowance will be paid.
-Dining Rights: Fellows are entitled to lunch and dinner at common table without charge.
-Relocation Costs: In appropriate cases, the College will also contribute towards relocation costs on similar terms to those offered in relation to University appointments. See details of the University’s current Relocation Scheme.
